Training for Week 15

Here’s the plan for week 15. Still nursing my heel a bit so can’t push the miles to far at this stage. The JustGiving site is now up and running so a bit more pressure to ensure I actually get to the start line.

Mon – stretching

Tuesday – 4 miles steady

Wed – cross-training (swimming)

Thurs – 5 miles easy

Fri – rest

Sat – cross-training – (cycling)

Sun – Wellingborough MT – 10km

Upped the mileage a bit this week, but still keeping it nice and slow. Will try to do at least one run without a watch to stop myself speeding up too quickly. The race on Sunday should be a nice off road jaunt and a good way to get 6 miles in without too much effort and give my heel a break.
